- Invoices in a structured format The solution will give you the option to issue invoices in structured formats, at least in the E-INVOICE format, to facilitate automated processing.
- Unlimited invoices There is no limit on the number of invoices, so you can issue an unlimited number of invoices.
- Unlimited clients You will have no limit on the number of clients, so you will have the ability to send invoices to an unlimited number of clients.
- Unlimited products or services You will have no limit on the number of products or services, so you can create an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalog.
- Email Invoice Sending The system we’ll help you implement will allow you to send invoices by email.
- Invoice Personalization The invoices you issue will be personalized to match your company’s image.
- Periodic Backups You’ll have security systems such as periodic backups.
- Invoice Storage/History You’ll have a storage system for your invoices.
- Integration with Other Solutions Compatible with other tools, as it will have APIs or Web Services. It will also allow manual data uploads.
- Invoice Expiry Control So you don’t have to keep track of invoice expiration dates, you’ll have an invoice expiration control system.
